Before going live, guide learners and approvers on how to use the system. Here is a summary of what to communicate.

What to tell learners

Installing the app…You can download and use the Teachme MySkill app from the store.
The Teachme Player app is also available (Log In via QR code is supported as well).
How to read the "My Skills" screen…You can view your rank, EXP, and the status of your Skills, qualifications, and Quests.
How to attempt a skill…Select one from Skills, click "Attempt," progress through the Curriculum, and once the achievement conditions are met, earn it or submit an Approval request.
How to apply for a qualification…Go to the "Qualifications" tab, select the target, and submit your application by entering the number, acquisition date, Expiration Date, and certificate image.
How to check notifications…You will receive notifications for approvals, deferrals, rejections, and deadlines.

What to tell approvers

"Members" tab…Displays a list of assigned Members and the number of Pending approvals.
Certification procedure…Open Pending approvals, Show explanation, then approve or defer.
Write a reason for rejections…The learner will be notified.
Certification via QR code…When meeting in person, you can scan the learner's QR code to certify them.

Timing of guidance

It is recommended to hold a briefing session for the departments starting the partial rollout, just before operations begin. If guidance is given before the setup is complete, learners who Log In will see no Skills at all, which creates a poor first impression.
