On the My Skills screen, you can view a summary of your learning progress. This article explains how EXP and ranks work.

Overview

On the My Skills screen, you can check your rank, EXP (experience points), and the status of your skills, qualifications, and Quests, as well as the status of the Members you are responsible for.

Specifications

EXP (Experience Points)

EXP is accumulated through the following actions.

Gaining a skill level…Determined by the skill's difficulty and level. The higher the difficulty and the higher the level, the more EXP you earn.
Obtaining a qualification…Determined by the qualification's difficulty. When a renewal application is approved, 30% of the EXP granted for the initial acquisition is awarded.
Completing a quest (Complete quest)…This is bonus EXP based on the total EXP of the target skills.

Rank

Your rank increases based on your Total EXP.

Bronze…0–1,999 EXP
Silver…2,000–9,999 EXP
Gold…10,000 EXP or more

The remaining EXP needed to reach the Next rank is also displayed.

What you can check on the My Skills screen

Total EXP and current rank
Skills in progress and Skills not started
Skill level distribution
Achieved skills, qualifications, and Quests
Activity such as this week's EXP
Acquisition timeline

Profile

You can view your name, Organization, job title, hire date, Employment Type, and more. These items are configured by an administrator and cannot be changed by learners. If changes are needed, please Contact your administrator.

Notifications

You can view all notifications addressed to you in one place. When there are unread notifications, a badge showing the count will appear on the bell Icon. Results such as approvals, passes, and rejections can also be checked from notifications.
