Certificate images are attached when applying for qualifications. Since these may contain personal information, please decide in advance how they will be handled.
Attachment Specifications
- Up to 5 images can be attached per application
- Learners can select images from their smartphone's camera roll or take a photo on the spot. Scanning is not required
- Only the individual themselves can perform the Upload. Even those with approval authority cannot Upload on someone else's behalf
Viewing and Download Scope
- Viewing…The individual and the approver assigned to their application can view the images. Tapping an image will enlarge it
- Download…Can be performed by Operation Admin
- Approver…Can view only; downloading is not permitted
Things to Decide in Advance
- Who can take images out of the system…Only Operation Admin can Download. Please decide who will be granted this permission
- Storage rules for downloaded images…Please determine these in accordance with your organization's internal personal information handling policy
- Instructions for learners…Informing them of what to include in the photo (e.g., how to handle ID numbers and names) will help reduce the number of resubmissions
Checking Qualification Status
You can check who holds which qualifications on the "Qualifications" tab in the Skill Map on your computer. You can search by qualification name or User name, and filter by status, organization, or Organization Group.
