Before creating skills, aligning your understanding of levels and difficulty will help prevent inconsistencies between individual skills.

Understanding Levels

There are 4 levels, and the nature of the first half and second half differ.

  • Lv.1 Understand…Equivalent to classroom training. This is the stage that supports self-learning in Teachme Player.
  • Lv.2 Can do with support…Equivalent to technical training. Up to this point, learners can progress through self-learning.
  • Lv.3 Can do alone…This represents on-the-job achievements. Progress in acquisition is recorded and certified by a supervisor.
  • Lv.4 Can teach others…Similarly, this represents on-the-job achievements.

In other words, Lv.1 and Lv.2 are levels that support learning, while Lv.3 and Lv.4 are levels that record achievements. The basic structure is to build a richer Curriculum for Lv.1 and Lv.2, and to use approvals for judgment at Lv.3 and Lv.4.

The maximum level is set per skill, from 1 to 4. Not all skills need to have 4 levels.

Understanding Difficulty

Difficulty is set on a scale of 1 to 5 (common to both skills and qualifications).

  • 5…Very Hard
  • 4…Somewhat difficult
  • 3…Normal
  • 2…Somewhat easy
  • 1…Very Easy

The EXP you can earn varies based on the combination of difficulty and level. If difficulty ratings vary from person to person, the weight of EXP will also vary. Please establish a standard before registering.
