- Invalid image data. Please reselect the image.
- Failed to compress image.
- Failed to select image.
- This date cannot be selected
Causes and Solutions
Number of images
You can attach a maximum of 5 images per application. Please remove any unnecessary images before adding new ones.
Image format and size
Images in unsupported formats or images that are too large cannot be attached. Please try saving the image in a different format or reducing the resolution.
Failed to upload, compress, or select an image
This may occur when the communication status is unstable. Please wait a moment and try again. If the issue persists, please Contact us.
This date cannot be selected
The following restrictions apply to the acquisition date and Expiration Date.
- Acquisition date: A date later than today cannot be specified.
- Expiration Date: A date earlier than today cannot be specified.
- A combination where the acquisition date is later than the Expiration Date cannot be specified.
