The Skill Map is a screen that provides a matrix-format overview of Members and their skills and qualifications. This article summarizes the specifications of the Skill Map.
Overview
The Skill Map has tabs for "Skills," "Qualifications," and "Members." You can filter by conditions such as organization or skill Folder, and check the status with Members or skills as the axis.
Specifications
Differences in visible scope by permission
System Admin / Operation Admin
- All Group Members and all published skills are included.
- Employment Type is also displayed.
Approver
- Members of the Approver's own Organization and its Descendant organizations (excluding themselves) are included.
- The skills displayed are limited to published skills that have been distributed to the Approver themselves.
- Employment Type is not displayed.
- The options available when filtering by organization are also limited to the Approver's own Organization and its Descendant organizations.
General Users cannot use the Skill Map.
Number of qualification holders
The number of holders displayed in the Qualifications tab is the number of people who have Acquired the qualification. Qualifications with 0 holders are also displayed in the list.
Certificate images
Certificate images attached to qualification acquisition requests can be viewed from the Skill Map. Downloading images can be performed by Operation Admin users.
