The Skill Map is a screen that provides a bird's-eye view of Members and their skill/qualification status in a matrix format. This article summarizes the specifications of the Skill Map.
Overview
The Skill Map has tabs for "Skills," "Qualifications," "Members," and "Achievement."
You can filter by conditions such as organization or skill Folder, and check the status by Member or skill.
Specifications
Differences in visible scope by permission
System Admin / Operation Admin
- All Members in the Group and all published skills are included.
- Employment Type is also displayed.
Approver
- Members of the Approver's own Organization and its Descendant organizations (excluding themselves) are included.
- The skills displayed are limited to published skills distributed to the Approver themselves.
- Employment Type is not displayed.
- The options available when filtering by organization are also limited to the Approver's own Organization and its Descendant organizations.
General Users cannot use the Skill Map.
Searching for Members
In "Search by user name," you can search for Members not only by display name, but also by Account ID, email address, Organization, job title, Employment Type, and permission name.
Since Organization can also be searched by a parent organization name, entering a parent organization name will also find Members belonging to organizations below it.
Entering multiple terms separated by spaces will narrow results to Members matching all of the terms.
Users who cannot view Employment Type cannot search by Employment Type name.
Filtering by Organization and Organization Group
If both "Select Organization" and "Select Organization Group" are selected, only items matching both will be displayed.
If there are no matching items, nothing will be displayed.
In the "Achievement" tab, only organizations matching both will be shown in the columns.
Member list
- Clicking the "Name" heading sorts Members in ascending or descending order by name.
- You can narrow down Members by the selected Employment Type using "Select Employment Type."
Multiple Employment Types can be selected. - When filtering by Employment Type, Members with no Employment Type set will not be displayed.
- "Select Employment Type" is only displayed to Users who can view Employment Type.
Number of items displayed in Achievement
In the "Achievement" tab, organizations are displayed in columns, 10 organizations per page.
The number of organizations per page can be set to 10, 25, 50, or 100.
Number of qualification holders
The number of holders displayed in the Qualifications tab represents the number of people with Acquired status. Qualifications with 0 holders are also shown in the list.
Certificate images
Certificate images attached to qualification acquisition requests can be viewed from the Skill Map. Downloading images can be performed by Operation Admin.
