Added "App Update" to "Settings" in the account menu at the top right of the Teachme MySkill app.
Pressing "Update to latest content" will instantly update the app screen to the same latest content as the web version and return to the settings screen.
When a new Version of the app is required, "A new Version of the app is required" will be displayed, and you can update from the store.
