2026/10/21 Updated the Skill Map filtering to apply all conditions together by selecting them and clicking "Apply"

The filter operations have been unified across the "Skills," "Qualifications," "Members," and "Achievement" tabs of the Skill Map.
Select your conditions together via "Filter Condition Settings" next to the search bar, then press "Apply" to reflect them in the table.
Active conditions are displayed under "Current Conditions" above the table, and can be removed one by one with "-".
