2026/10/21 Unified the Skill Map filtering so that conditions are selected together and applied by clicking "Apply"

The filter operations have been unified across the "Skills", "Qualifications", "Members", and "Achievement" tabs of the Skill Map.
Select your conditions together in "Filter Settings" next to the search bar, then press "Apply" to reflect them in the table.
Active conditions are displayed under "Current Conditions" above the table, and can be removed one at a time with "-".
