2026/10/08 Reports now allow you to create CSV files with Users, Skills, and Certification data

We have added "Reports" to the side menu of the admin panel.
You can create and Download 7 types of data in CSV format, including User Information, Skill Acquisition Status, and Certification Acquisition Status.
This feature is available to owners, Operation Admin, and Onboarding / BPO User, as well as users who have been granted "Export Reports" in their Permission sets.
