We have revised the configurable items in the Users permissions section of the admin settings.
- Creating, modifying, and deleting skills, as well as toggling the Release State, have been consolidated into a single "Edit Skills" permission. This also includes editing Curriculums.
- Registering, modifying, and deleting qualifications have been consolidated into a single "Manage Qualifications" permission.
- A "Tags" permission has been added. This allows you to create, modify, and delete tags and tag Categories, as well as configure which Category each tag belongs to.
