Teachme MySkill operations consist of 4 Steps.
4 Steps
- Design…Set the skill sets required to perform your work
- Skill Up…Staff actually take on Skills in the field, and skill data is accumulated. This is the most important step
- Visualization…Get a bird's-eye view of the collected skill data using the Skill Map and other tools
- Utilization & Update…Apply the visualized data to training plans and staffing decisions
Even if you put a lot of effort into the design alone, data will not accumulate if Step 2 does not run smoothly.
Components
Organization
Set up the organizational hierarchy and Organization Groups. The organizational hierarchy simultaneously determines the distribution scope of Skills, candidates for approvers, the visibility range of Approvers, and the aggregation scope for analysis.
Skills
- Skill Folder…A container for organizing Skills. The distribution targets (organization, Organization Group, job title, Employment Type) are set here
- Skill…The ability you want Members to acquire. Set the difficulty level, maximum level, and Curriculum
- Curriculum…Learning materials for each level. Arrange Teachme Biz manuals, Comprehension Tests, and External Links
Qualifications
Register and manage external qualifications obtained by Members (national qualifications, licenses, certificates of completion, etc.). This is a mechanism independent of Skills, and follows the same approval flow.
Quests
Group the acquisition of multiple Skills together as a single goal.
EXP and Rank
EXP accumulates by acquiring Skills, obtaining qualifications, and completing Quests, and your rank (Bronze, Silver, Gold) increases according to your cumulative total.
