A Comprehension test is a multiple-choice test designed to check whether the content you have learned has been retained.
Guidelines for creation
- You can register up to 20 questions per test
- Each question has 2 to 4 answer choices
- There are 2 question types: multiple choice and true/false
- If you set the Questions per attempt to fewer than the total number of questions, the questions presented will vary with each attempt. This is useful if learners are expected to take the test multiple times
- Required to pass questions are always included in every attempt. Set these for content that learners absolutely must understand
Passing condition
A learner passes when they meet both conditions: "the number of correct answers is at or above the passing score" and "Pass with all answers correct on all Required to pass questions." It is possible to pass without answering every question correctly.
Retake design
After a failed attempt, you can set a waiting period of 0 to 365 days before the next attempt is allowed.
- No waiting period — learners can retake immediately. While this does not hinder learning, it also allows learners to keep repeating until they memorize the answers
- Waiting period set — learners are encouraged to review the material before retaking the test
A test that has been passed cannot be retaken.
Creating questions with AI
Questions can be generated from Curriculum manuals. The number of source manuals can range from 1 to 20, and the Number of questions generated can range from 1 to 20. Always Show explanation of the generated questions before applying them.
