Teachme MySkill is a service that records and visualizes which skills your Members have mastered, and shows each individual what they should master next.
What you can do
- Record Mastery Progress…Define the skills required for your operations, and advance through level-based learning materials (Teachme Biz manuals and Comprehension tests) to achieve mastery. The level reached is recorded upon certification by a supervisor.
- Manage external qualifications…Register the acquisition status of national qualifications, licenses, and similar credentials, along with images of supporting certificates. You will receive a notification when the Expires At date is approaching.
- Get an overview of Mastery Progress…View who holds which skills and qualifications at a glance using the Skill Map. You can also check trends by organization in graph form.
- Encourage engagement…Earning skills and qualifications accumulates EXP (experience points), and your rank increases based on your total. You can also take on "Quests" — a collection of multiple skills — with a set time period to complete them.
Who does what
- System Admin…Configures organizations, job titles, Employment Types, and Users.
- Operation Admin…Creates skills, qualifications, and Quests, and also performs certifications.
- Approver…Reviews requests from assigned Members and grants certification.
- General User…As a learner, works on skill mastery and submits qualification applications.

- Learning and certification…Teachme Player app (iOS / Android)
