- Manuals shared across multiple organizations cannot be added to a skill.
- This manual has been archived or deleted. Please check the source manual.
- This manual is not up to date. You can update it with the button below.
- Questions cannot be generated because the selected manual was deleted, unpublished, or is no longer viewable in Teachme Biz. Update or remove the manual in the skill details.
- No questions were generated. Change the generation settings and try again.
- Failed to generate questions. Please try again later.
Causes and Solutions
Shared manuals cannot be added
Manuals shared across multiple organizations in Teachme Biz cannot be added to a Curriculum. Please use a manual that is not shared.
Manual is archived or deleted
The manual has been archived or deleted in Teachme Biz. Please check the status of the manual in Teachme Biz, then either Delete the manual from the Curriculum or replace it with a different manual.
Manual is not up to date
The manual has been updated in Teachme Biz. Since the manual in the Curriculum retains the content from when it was added, please use the button to Renew it and Apply the latest content.
Questions cannot be generated
If the manual specified as the generation source has been deleted, unpublished, or made unviewable in Teachme Biz, questions cannot be generated. Please update the manual in the Skill Details screen or Delete it from the Curriculum.
If there is no issue with the manual's status, try changing the Number of questions or additional instructions in the Generation settings and try again. If the issue persists, please Contact us.
