In the Skill Map, the scope visible to the approver role has been restricted to "Members of their own organization and Descendant organizations, along with their assigned skills." Previously, Members, skills, and Certification Information across the entire tenant were visible.
Direct access to Members or skills outside this scope will result in an error, and the Employment Type column will also be hidden.
