When rejecting a certification application, approvers can now include a Comment (Rejection reason) to communicate the reason to the applicant. Applicants can view the details via notification banners, badges, and a reason dialog on the Certification Details screen in the mobile app.
Since the images and acquired information from the original application are retained even during rejection, applicants can refer to their previous application content when proceeding with a resubmission.
