When applying for skills or qualifications, applicants can now select an approver at the time of application. Only the selected approver will be notified and responsible for approval.
Previously, all approvers meeting the criteria were notified. Approver candidates are displayed from Users with approval permissions at or above the applicant's Organization level, and multiple selections are allowed.
