We have introduced notifications for qualification and skill approval requests, so you can catch any missed actions even when the app is not open. There are 6 notification types in total, covering request submission, approval, and rejection for qualifications and skills respectively.
Push notifications display details such as who made the request, what it is for, and which level, for example: "You have received an Approval request from Taro Tanaka for Customer Service Lv.3." The app Icon will show a badge with the number of pending items, and a red dot will appear on the "My Skills" tab, the "Members" tab on the home screen, and the qualification summary. The same 6 types of notifications are also sent by E-mail notifications (rejections include the reason as well).
To receive push notifications, you will need to update the mobile app to the latest Version and grant notification permission upon first launch. E-mail notifications will not be delivered to inactive Users or Users who have not registered an e-mail address.
