When a skill is published, a snapshot of the Comprehension test content is saved, ensuring that any edits made after publishing do not affect the questions presented to learners, their scoring, or their progress.
Validation at the time of saving has been aligned with validation at the time of publishing, eliminating the contradictory state where "saving was possible but publishing was not." The action in the skill editing screen has been changed from "Delete" to "Remove from skill," allowing removal without breaking enrollment history. Changes to the Comprehension test will not be reflected for learners until the skill is published.
